The next day after a few beers, you're spending more time in the bathroom than feels reasonable. Sometimes it starts during the night. Sometimes it's the morning-after experience that really cements the decision to maybe drink less. Either way, your gut is sending a very clear message, and it's worth understanding what that message actually means.
