About Kyle John Blake & Mammoth Fiber

Why I Started MacroMaxx

Health became personal for me early.

When I was 19, I lost my dad to complications from an autoimmune disorder. Years later, when my sisters got married, I walked them down the aisle — because he wasn't there to do it. That moment stayed with me.

When I was later diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder myself, I made a decision: I didn't want to go down the same path. I didn't want to wait until my body broke down before I started taking my health seriously. I wanted to be there for my family. I wanted more energy, more years, more memories, and more life.

Before MacroMaxx, I spent years working in sports and media as a video producer — for Bleacher Report, Barstool Sports, and Madison Square Garden. Exciting work. Not exactly healthy work. Constant travel, long hours, eating whatever was convenient, sleeping at odd times, too much coffee, and a pace that didn't leave room for much else.

Eventually, my body told me it was out of whack. I listened.

Modern life pulls all of us in a million directions. We sit too much, sleep worse, eat on the go, and rely on food built for convenience instead of nourishment. Even people who want to take care of themselves can find it overwhelming.

That's why I created MacroMaxx — a wellness brand built for real life, not an idealized version of it.

"I wanted to be there for my family. I wanted more energy, more years, more memories, and more life."

Why Mammoth Fiber Exists

When I started researching what was driving my own symptoms — the fatigue, the digestive issues, the way stress compounded everything — gut health kept coming up. The more I dug in, the clearer it became: digestion isn't just about what you eat. It affects energy, immunity, mood, and how your body handles everything else you throw at it.

I went looking for a daily product I could actually take that would support my gut in a sustainable way. Something that covered the key gaps without asking me to overhaul my entire routine. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted.

So I built it.

Mammoth Fiber is a high-performance daily fiber blend with digestive enzymes — formulated for people navigating modern life who still want to feel better. Each ingredient was chosen for a specific reason.

The Formula

Why each ingredient is in here.

Psyllium Husk Powder

3G PER SCOOP

The backbone of the formula. Psyllium is a soluble fiber that forms a gel in the gut, supporting healthy transit time and regularity. It's one of the most studied fiber sources in existence — the subject of multiple controlled clinical trials on digestive health, cholesterol, and blood sugar support.

Research

Inulin (from Chicory Root)

500MG PER SCOOP

Inulin is a prebiotic fiber that feeds beneficial bacteria already living in your gut. Chicory root is one of the richest natural sources of inulin, with clinical research showing improvements in stool regularity, microbiome diversity, and short-chain fatty acid production.

Research

L-Glutamine

1.5G PER SCOOP

Glutamine is a primary energy source for the cells lining the intestinal tract. Research has studied its role in supporting intestinal barrier function — the structural integrity that keeps digestive contents where they belong.

Research

Ginger Root Extract

50MG PER SCOOP  ·  STANDARDIZED TO 5% GINGEROLS

Ginger has one of the longest histories in digestive wellness of any botanical. Its active compounds — gingerols — have been studied in clinical trials for supporting gastric motility and digestive comfort. We use a standardized extract for a consistent, meaningful dose.

Research

MCT Oil Powder (from Acacia Fiber)

200MG PER SCOOP

Medium-chain triglycerides are rapidly absorbed without the same digestive load as long-chain fats — they bypass the lymphatic system and go directly to the liver via portal circulation. Sourced from acacia fiber, which also adds prebiotic benefit. It rounds out the formula as a clean, easily digested energy source.

Research

DigeSEB® Super Enzyme Blend

15MG PER SCOOP

A full-spectrum digestive enzyme complex — amylase, protease, lipase, lactase, cellulase, bromelain, papain, and more — formulated by Specialty Enzymes & Probiotics. Digestive enzyme production can decline with age. When food isn't efficiently broken down early in the process, it can ferment further down and contribute to gas and bloating. A broad-spectrum blend helps support digestion from the start, not just the end.
